Shipping and Returns
Please note that we do not ship items outside of the UK.
As all orders are supplied by our own transport or by carrier for those awkward out of the way areas, it is unlikely that goods will be damaged however in the unlikely event that goods are supplied damaged then a replacement part (panel) will be supplied. If any item has been ordered and is not required then credit will only be given upon inspection of that item once returned which must be in a clean and resellable condition. The customer must pay the carriage for the return. Where a credit through the cancellation of an order is taken, through no fault of Everything Poultry, then any cost involved will be deducted from the credit ie credit card charges or possible carriage costs if the goods have already left. No more than 7 days notice must be given if an order is to be cancelled.
